This presentation is angled toward executives and sales personnel. Travis’ talk revolves around the following theme: "There are times in our life when we choose our challenges, and other times when the challenges simply choose us, it is what we do in the face of those challenges that defines who we are, and more importantly, who we can and will become."

No one is immune from the adversity life hands us, and each of us must figure out a plan to face it. Whether it be in the work place, or a personal matter, we all must deal with challenges that choose us. We all have a choice in how we face these challenges and try to recognize opportunities within them.

By sharing his story and lifelong dream of becoming a Division I college athlete, Travis conveys firsthand the determination and emotional high of overcoming a self-imposed challenge. Travis then shares the experience of having his dream ripped away and the reevaluation of his goals in order to face the challenge that ultimately chose him.

For student audiences, Travis shares some of the themes from the Corporate Platform, but also discusses the importance of establishing core values. Depending on the age of the audience, some of the values that may be discussed are love, pride, peer pressure, and respect. Travis not only talks about how these values were important to help him attain a Division I college scholarship and reach his goals, but also how these same values helped him put his life back together in order to be successful after his accident.

Travis enjoys speaking to medical audiences, whether it be to doctors, physical and occupational therapists, or nurses. Travis will discuss the pain, hope, and humor that has encompassed his medical care. As Travis states, "If you are a medical professional, your primary motive should always be to provide the best care you possibly can. If you provide anything less, you are not only doing a disservice to yourself, but more importantly to your patients."
